How do I exchange or return products I purchased through Fahharkıds.com?

You can request a return for the products you purchased through Fahharkids.com (in whole or in parts) by returning them to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided they are unused and the tags are intact. Products may only be returned if they are unused, due to hygiene regulations. All products have an unconditional right of return. For defective products, only size and color changes are possible, as per our service policy.

How can I get a refund for the product or products I returned?

The products you send us by creating a return request are carefully inspected by our return shipping department. Returns of unused products with intact tags are approved. Payment for approved returns will be sent to you according to your payment method. How do I exchange the products I purchased from Fahhar.com?
