When will my order be shipped when I shop?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Where is my parcel?

You can track your shipment by logging in and going to My Account/Orders page.

When will my shipment arrive?

After the product is shipped, it will be shipped to your location. It will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days . Delivery times may be longer in mobile areas.

At what time will the product I purchased be delivered?

Your order will be sent to the delivery address you specified during the cargo working hours of 09:30 - 17:00 (weekdays and Saturdays).

Which courier will my order be sent with?

Your orders are shipped with the cargo you selected when placing your order.

My order arrived while I was away. What can I do?

The courier company will deliver your order to the address you provided. If you are not there, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your order at the nearest branch. If you do not collect your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be refunded.

Will I Pay Fees for Shipping?

For purchases of 2000 TL or more on our website, there is no shipping fee , except for same-day shipping . For orders under 2000 TL and when the same-day shipping option is selected, the shipping fee will be reflected on your invoice at the time of ordering.

Will I pay shipping fees for returns and exchanges?

Shipping costs, except for defective products, are covered by the customer .
